Yes, we’re still in January. Close enough to still remember all the parties and gifts and FOOD. Now it’s time to move on, to have a reality check. Now you must torture yourself with exercise and endless salads to get those extra holiday pounds off your aging body. It gets tougher every year. It all starts with a Monday so wake up, get those sweat pants on and kiss the dog. Or was it kiss your spouse and walk the dog? Whatever!
