I’ve always felt that something handmade held more sentiment that mass produced items. Since I have a wonderful computer, the latest Photoshop graphics program and plenty of time I love making my own greeting cards.Especially these days when you can send one via email in seconds anywhere in the world. It’s certainly possible for the recipient to print it out if they wish too as most folks have a color printer of one kind or another. The other option is to take the file to Walgreens/Target/Walmart to get a printed version if you want it on a shelf or hanging on your fireplace mantle.
Here’s a sample of one I made this evening using a touching photograph taken at my church before the service began. The organist was really getting into a Christmas Hymn she was playing during the practice session. I love the lighting as well as the expression on her face.
