How many languages do you you speak?
In all honesty just English. I took four years of French in high school so I might survive with the little I remember after 50 years.
What are you reading, watching, listening to, eating?
I read newspapers and online instructions or tool reviews but that’s about it. My eyes are deteriorating due to age and diabetes. My right eye is developing a cataract that I’ll need to address soon with my VA eye doctor. I watch a lot of YouTube videos that provide entertainment as well as educational information on my hobbies. As far as food I eat a lot of eggs, bagels and oatmeal for breakfast. I generally eat a wide variety of foods at the Uxbridge Senior Center for lunch. Our chef prepares excellent nutritious, well balanced meals, low in fat, salt and sugar. We’re having Shepherd’s pie today. 🙂
What was the last photo you took with your phone?
It would have to be my parking spot in a multi-story parking garage at a hospital in downtown Portland, OR. It helps me recall where I parked.
What is your favorite time of day?
I love early in the morning, about 4:00 a.m., before sunrise is my favorite time of day. I love the peace, quiet and being physically refreshed from a good night’s sleep. I can hear the birds singing outside but no other distracting sounds such as traffic, barking dogs or lawn mowers.
